#01 Cheri Berry: A bright red berry which blooms with delicate flowers. It is very spicy. A hold item that can heal a Pokémon of paralysis in battle. #02 Chesto Berry: A very tough berry with thick skin. It is very dry-tasting. A hold item that can awaken a Pokémon in battle. #03 Pecha Berry: A very sweet and delicious berry. It is also very tender so handle with care. #04 Rawst Berry: When the leaves go long and curly, the berry grows very bitter. A hold item that can heal a Pokémon of burn in battle. #05 Aspear Berry: A hard berry which is dense with a rich juice. A hold item that can defrost a Pokémon in battle. #06 Leppa Berry: A slow growing berry. The smaller the berry, the tastier it is. A hold item that restores 10PP during battle. #07 Oran Berry: A berry with a mix of flavours. They grow in half a day. A hold item that restores 10HP during battle. #08 Persim Berry: It loves sunlight. The color of the berry grows vivid when exposed to the Sun. A hold item that heals confusion during battle. #09 Lum Berry: It is slow to grow. It may grow into two berries if raised with loving care. A hold item that heals any status during battle. #10 Sitrus Berry: A berry that is closely related to ORAN. It is large and has a well-rounded flavor. A hold item that restores 30HP during battle.
